H.O.P.E Ministries is essentially built on the experience and vision of its two main leaders. Between them, there is over 40 years of direct experience of working at both a developmental and strategic level in the public and community sector.  They are both trained to a professional and postgraduate level and have several years of leadership and management experience between them.

This is further complimented by a leadership team that acts as the principals and governing body of the organisation, which consists of the chief executive and Pastor, professionals from the fields of health, education and others besides.

Co – Pastor Joslyn Young accepted Christ at a very young age, has a heart for serving people and has served in various ministries such as Praise and Worship, Children’s, Youth and Women’s Ministry.

She is graceful in her conduct and mannerism, has a calm and quiet spirit with an inner strength that allows her to bring forth the word with both wisdom and clarity.
